Neufeld Farms Leadership Order Forms
Order Deadline – Monday, May 17th, BY NOON
Delivery Date – Thurday, May 27th @4:30pm
Delivery pick-up instructions will be given prior to the delivery date to ensure safe distribution of people’s orders – it will be a drive-thru system at the front of the school.
Payments – payments must be received before the order is submitted. etransfer is the preferred payment form.
E-transfer to – [email protected] In the memo section please put your name and “Neufeld Order”. No password is required.
If you are unable to etransfer, please contact Lenora Poulin to arrange payment pick-up/drop-off.
Orders can be emailed to [email protected] or message Lenora Poulin. You can just send a list of the items you wish to order (use the numbers for simplicity) – you do not have to send back the form. Forms and payment can also be dropped off at the office.
